As our current Account Executive in Sweden is moving up in the organisation we need to backfill this role. We are searching for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts in Sweden. As a nice plus, the job is not limited to Sweden only but will also cover some large companies in Finland as well. This person will be mainly responsible for the verticals Manufacturing and Telco. Our Enterprise Account Executives are individual contributors, focused on building new & installed businesses and growing the Elastic footprint within very large enterprise accounts, and ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging Elastic cloud solutions across their organization. What You Will Be Doing:

• Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within some of our largest Enterprise accounts in Sweden and Finland
• Uncovering new use cases within Cyber Security, AIops and Search within your territory 
• Working closely with customers to identify business opportunities based on Elastic solutions and build clear and concise business and investment cases 
• Traveling to on-site meetings with key stakeholders in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsinki on a regular basis
• Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Building and executing a robust business plan for your territory to achieve significant Elastic reach and growth within your accounts

 

What You Bring With You:

• A strong and positive customer-first mindset with a consultative and outcome-based approach
• A track record of +7 years of success in selling complex SaaS and Services/Consulting solutions to large companies, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong and relevant customer references 
• Strong and solid prospecting and pipeline development skills
• Strong knowledge of leading and orchestrating global and international accounts
• The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives 
• An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
• Swedish & English speaker and living in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area. This is a mandatory requirement. 

 

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience selling in an Open Source model
