Are you motivated by building strong relations with key and strategic suppliers while advising internal stakeholders towards optimized business outcomes? Does decarbonization and sustainability drive your results? </p><p>If yes, you may be the one we are looking for. You will be working closely with both top suppliers and key internal stakeholders, with the prime focus on global company-wide agreements. </p><p></p><p><b>Your challenges</b> </p><p>You will join the IT &amp; Telecom category team within Global Indirect Procurement based in Kolding, with the additional option to work from our offices in Hørsholm or Østbirk.  </p><p></p><p>Reporting to the IT &amp; Telecom Senior Category Manager, you will drive the planning, execution, and follow-up on a portfolio of strategic suppliers as well as IT sourcing and purchasing activities. Acting as a business partner, you will work closely with business representatives of Global IT Digital &amp; Enablement as well as other relevant group functions to develop and execute strategic plans and agreed activities. You will specifically contribute to identifying new optimisation opportunities and secure supply continuity by focusing on quality, delivery, and cost.  </p><p></p><p>Your primary tasks will be to: </p><p></p><p>- Analyse and understand the IT category spend</p><p>- Develop and implement assigned IT category strategy, aligned to overall category and procurement strategy</p><p>- Drive strategic sourcing activities, supplier negotiations and contracting events in close cooperation with business peers. </p><p>- Drive standardization of procured products and services in collaboration with business <span>representatives. </span></p><p>- Create results by strategically developing our suppliers, their products<u>,</u> and services, e.g. to improve quality, optimize cost and reduce carbon footprint. </p><p>- Create, maintain and strengthen awareness around our IT procurement services. </p><p>- Guide our Strategic Buyers in Regional HUBs and Productions sites across Europe on local sourcing activities. </p><p></p><p><b>Your qualifications</b> </p><p>You have proven experience with strategic IT purchasing in an international setting. You have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to work independently in planning, negotiating, executing, and implementing complex sourcing and purchasing activities. </p><p></p><p>Moreover, we expect that you:  </p><p></p><p>- Have solid experience with SaaS and other Cloud-based agreements<u>.</u> </p><p>- Possess in-depth knowledge of preparing and executing sourcing activities reviewing contracts and optimize negotiation terms </p><p>- Can work independently but  maintain a team mindset. </p><p>- Hold a bachelor<u>’</u>s or master’s degree within a relevant field of study.  </p><p>- Have experience with procurement support systems, such as SAP Ariba, SAP ECC and MS Power BI.   </p><p>- Communicate effortlessly in English both spoken and written.  </p><p></p><p>As a person, you are an independent person with a strong drive, getting your energy from achieving goals.
