Requirements

As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Majestic Manor (65  RV Park 107 Spaces) is a beautiful RV/manufactured housing community in Puyallup, WA and we want YOU to be our leader!

To thrive in this role:

Have experience working in RV/Manufactured Housing or Property Management

Knowledge of short term rental programs like campground knowledge is preferred 

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Must be able to live on-site

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property

Have a valid driver's license
