Position Summary:
The Boeing Distribution Services Sales and Contracts organization are responsible for the overall performance of accounts. This specific project is a collaboration with Sales & Contracts and the intern will be responsible to load all correct contract pricing information across Collins enterprise (34K unique parts numbers across 34 contracts.)
This is to improve pricing management and processes.
Key Learning Outcomes:
2024 Internship Program – it’s 12 weeks.
Starts May 28, thru August 16th, 2024 (must be an active student enrolled in Graduate or Under Graduate Program
This project will focus on Process Improvement, Pricing Tables and Reduce Credit Memos
The intern will be responsible for driving and performing analysis and coordinating with the team to work with specific contract performance process improvement.
This project will play a critical role and improve overall customer experience and reduce incorrect contract pricing for specific customer(s).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Junior, Senior or Graduate level students
- Must be enrolled in a 4-year Degree program aligned with critical talent areas (i.e. Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detailed-oriented individual
- Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel (advanced, MS Word, PowerPoint and SAP)
- Ability to create presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability analyze large amounts of data and report on findings
