About the team

The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok helps build with day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive budgets for merchant growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
- Decompose the overall budget into specific, actionable components that can be effectively managed and monitored.Identify potential risks associated with merchant growth initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of growth efforts.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis and process tracking.
- Engage in cross-domain projects that require collaboration with various departments, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, 3+ year experiences in business analysis and data strategy, experience in data analysis is preferred.
- Strong data processing skills and good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and combine quantitative and qualitative data analysis, effectively discover product problems and opportunities, and optimize the direction of improvement for operation planning.
- Have good communication and coordination ability, can handle multi-department cooperation, and actively promote the realization of project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous consulting experience.
