Lead Cashier - Dietary

Position Overview: This position is full time, working 36 hours per week. Full benefits are offered. In this position, under the general direction of the Cafeteria Supervisor/Manager, you will perform a variety of duties related to the cash handling and customer service to staff and visitors.

Pre-employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required. 

Education Requirements:

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Mobile County Health Department Food Handlers card.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must have computer knowledge of Excel, Microsoft, etc.
• Must be able to complete daily / weekly cashier paperwork.
• Must be able to prepare daily cafe receipts for processing.
• Present self in a professional manner and be able to speak clearly.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Follow verbal direction.
• Be available for a variety of shifts.
• Team player with the ability to be cross-trained.
