Software Application Specialist

Transform your technical skills into impactful solutions! As a Software Application Specialist, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and document core software and data issues. You will be responsible for creating customer-facing knowledge documentation. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Document calls with screenshots and detailed notes of what happened while on the call.
• Diagnose technical and/or software configuration issues.
• Troubleshoot and test solutions, fully documenting and escalating if necessary.
• Follow procedures to troubleshoot client-server software application issues.
• Stay up to date with software updates and/or changes to be able to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers.
• Create customer-facing and internal knowledge documents.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• High school diploma.
• Industry knowledge/experience.
• Experience with Office 365 Applications, such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Customer experience skills and the desire to help them.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a support environment with high call volumes desired.
