Plumbing Project Manager – Tampa, FL

BlueWorks, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing Tampa, FL team. Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and labor coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and job cost reports
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and address issues proactively
• Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and field operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• At least 2 years in a project management or supervisory role
• Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction software
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 DOE
• Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
