1. Must have high school diploma or GED; must possess a valid  Mississippi driver’s license. 
2. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team player. 
3. Must possess excellent customer service skill. 
4. Must be able to work any day, any shift. 
5. Must have at least two years previous experience in landscaping/gardening with appropriate certification.

 

Essential Job Functions: 

1. Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees and ornamental plants. 

• Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas. 
• Vacuum swimming pool daily (year-round). 
• Groom all flower beds and exposes soil on a daily basis. 
• Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs. 
• Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

 

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:           

• Must be able to work in extremes of temperature in excess of 115 degrees or below 10 degrees. 
• Must be able of hearing in the full audible range in high noise
