Summary:

Serves as business partner, subject matter expert (SME), and champion for Enterprise Learning Services (ELS) and Commercialization Learning Organization. This role will work on behalf of both organizations to ensure strong collaboration, co-creation, and partnership amongst these two groups. The overall focus is to deliver on Commercialization learning priorities leveraging Enterprise Learning’s Shared Service capabilities, standards and best practices in content, technology, and process. The Digital Learning Solutions Partner (DLSP) enables an optimal learning experience for that function’s learners by supporting learning professionals to appropriately and effectively design, develop, store, and deliver/deploy learning to drive behavior change and meet business results.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

Operational Business Partnering

  • Champion for all ELS Capabilities, standards and best practices – Drive adoption and consult as needed with functional learning teams on capabilities led by Platform Operations and/or Content Integrity team for various items, such as but not limted to:
    • Learning content curation, storage, and deployment
    • Learning content metadata tagging standards
    • Support with data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting
    • Supports with assessments and evaluations
    • Support for annual functional learning content audit
  • Accountable for ownership and oversight of all Commercialization learning domains and all related learning content in any applicable Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors and MyLearning) employed by the enterprise
  • Performs annual functional learning content, curricula, and program audit to ensure content meets all established Enterprise Learning standards, as well as continues to be necessary and business relevant
  • Leads mitigation or retirement efforts if applicable, based on annual audit findings
  • Works on behalf of Commercialization Learning and Commercialization functional stakeholders on any learning technology issues/escalations or priority needs that must be handled outside of standard operations procedures and timings, such as LMS Administration issues or needs to expedite
  • Partner with the Enterprise Learning Platforms Operations team and Enterprise Learning Content Integrity team to provide feedback on Commercialization learning deployment issues or updates needed to standards or policies
  • Represent and maintain Commercialization business relationship and interest(s) with Administration service provider, NIIT and future Enterprise Learning GCC provider
  • Champion Commercialization learning utilization of the future Enterprise learning GCC processes and capabilities
  • Consult with Commercialization Learning professionals to promote and/or support future GCC provider governance and intake process(es) to ensure timely intake and execution of learning support needs
  • Support Commercialization interests in annual learning demand planning forecasting as well as Quarterly review/reforecasting sessions to ensure
  • Drive appropriate learning initiative prioritization with/for GCC enablement
  • Represent Commercialization Learning interests, requirements and needs for licensing for and utilization of Enterprise Learning Applications
  • Represent Commercialization interests and engage any applicable Commercialization Learning stakeholders as applicable in any audits and reviews of learning vendors with procurement organization to ensure standards and established SLAs and KPIs are being met.
  • Advocate for the Required Learning Council in the Commercialization business, and support to Commercialization vertical to submit RLC requests, and deploy RLC approved content
