Overview

For areas of responsibility, defines, plans, develops, implements, and oversees programs and systems to guide and attain the Information Technology goals of Sentara Healthcare. Responsible for the overall operations of assigned IT departments as well as activities that relate to the future growth of the organization. Responsible for strategic planning, long term financial projections, business systems, regulatory and compliance programs and inter/intra company relationships.
 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in Technology, Business or other related area

  • Master's degree in Information in Technology, Business or other related area preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years Information Technology experience

  • 5+ years leadership experience in a healthcare setting
