About the Role

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry/data auditing, personnel file management
• Assist with processing employment verifications, e-verify, Form I-9’s and EEOC forms
• Support pre-onboarding activities and new hire orientations
• Assist with recruitment activities, including but not limited to screening candidates
• Prepare monthly communications, including Employee Meeting and monthly Newsletter 
• Coordinate and provide safety training, emergency evacuation procedures and practice drills including any necessary documentation for it and resulting from it
• Investigate and maintain records for all work related injuries and/or illnesses according to division procedures, provide statistical analysis, and assist in the development of effective health and safety counter-measures to continuously improve health and safety objectives
• Train new employees on health and safety specific to the facility
• Other duties, as assigned by the HR Department

• Prefer candidate studying Safety, Environmental, Human Resources or other relevant course work
