Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the 747/767 Quality Team in Everett, Washington!

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

• Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

• Delivers informational or technical materials.

• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

• Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

• Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

                                                                                                                                             

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives

• 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery

• 3+ years of experience collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis

• 3+ years of experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythm

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience project management experience and ability to work on several projects simultaneously

• 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications

• 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior leader

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences

• Strong organizational skills, proactive, and business acumen

• 3+ years of experience leading projects

• 3+ years of experience coaching and mentoring others

• 3+ years of experience working with executive leadership, preparing reports with a high-level of visibility

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
