Floor Technician (PT 4:30pm-9:30pm)

JOB SUMMARY

The primary duty is maintaining the cleanliness of the floors and carpets. This includes vacuuming, buffing, cleaning carpets and waxing floors

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Vacuuming, mopping, buffing, waxing and scrubbing floors to remove any stains and keep them in a hygienic state.

·       Keep equipment and supplies organized and in good working order.

·       Ensure inventories for cleaning supplies in stock

·       Follow all safety and security guidelines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

HS diploma or GED

COMPETENCIES

·       Work with Team Lead to provide best in class service to every client.

·       Work closely in a team-like manner with team lead and peers.

·       Responsible for completing assigned projects from startup to clean up.

·       Work the hours necessary to complete the projects while working efficiently.

 

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Buffer, Waxer, vacuum general cleaning supplies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift 35 lbs. carry supplies and stand for long periods of time
