Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a strong commitment to our core values of integrity and excellence. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC systems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Install new commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing prompt and professional solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation work performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
