• Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them effectively to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in automotive repair terminology and service processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for service management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willing to work on Saturdays.
