Data Analyst II (Hybrid)

Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Data Analyst II for our Marketing team.

Department & Position Overview: 

As a Data Analyst for FreedomCare, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the company, leveraging data to guide the strategy and direction of the business.   

Every Day You Will: 

• Build dashboards and visualizations to support business decision making 
• Analyze and interpret large datasets and provide recommendations   
• Conduct in-depth analysis, identify trends/patterns and optimize processes 
• Present data-driven findings, insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. Develop automated data pipelines to support business operations
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Document projects, code, data processes and methodologies and data dictionaries
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and service business requirements

 Ideal Candidate Will Possess: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or a related field. 
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R and/or other data analysis tools (At least 1 year of scripting experience) 
• Proficient in Tableau, PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools 
• Proven ability to analyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams   
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal    
• Strong attention to detail 

Nice-to-Haves: 

• BS or MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field 
• Statistical modeling. (linear regression, time series, segmentation, etc.) 
• Experience with Salesforce 
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
