Executive Director – Chief of Staff, Commerce Enablement

As an Executive Director – Chief of Staff within the Commerce Enablement team at Chase, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision and delivering it. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build and leverage relationships, manage, execute and deliver on key priorities. You will have the opportunity to support the Head of Commerce Enablement team in running the Banking Payments, Commerce Payments, Lending Innovation, and Loyalty businesses. You will work closely with business leads and cross-functional stakeholders, developing strong relationships across various teams like product, technology, finance, strategy, business leads and communications.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact between the executive office and other departments; coordinate communication, disseminate information, and ensure consistent messaging
- Collaborate with executives to develop and execute organizational strategies.
- Provide critical analysis for decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; foster collaboration and partnership that aligns with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Implement best practices that articulate and advocate for the team strategy.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion, given the exposure to sensitive information and close working relationship with top executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing executive-level communications and presentations.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and department.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and the initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, excessive attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong expertise in business strategy, strategic frameworks, qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Team player with great interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment.
