As a Cruise Talent Partner, you'll be in the driver's seat, steering the course for Cruise's integrated talent management, learning, and leadership development initiatives. Your role is pivotal in accelerating the success of talent and performance strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Pipeline Development:

Collaborate closely with Cruise's leaders, HRBPs and fellow pod members to inform the design and execution of talent, leadership, and learning programs. This includes fine-tuning succession planning, revving up leadership assessment, refining employee development plans (including career mobility), and fine tuning organizational design strategies.

In partnership with HRBPs and your fellow Talent Partners, develop tools and processes by which we assess and improve the health of your function’s leadership teams.
Enhanced Team Effectiveness and Engagement:

Join forces with HRBPs to power up the implementation of Employee Success Programs.

Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to inspire high-performing teams, offering expert insights on team dynamics, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Individual Leadership Development:

Ignite the growth of our managers, front-line supervisors, and emerging leaders by overseeing individual development initiatives.

Fuel the progress of our front-line supervisors, managers, and key leaders' development programs, including propelling engagement in leadership training and continuous learning.
Continuous Improvement and Employee Engagement:

Shift into consultation mode, shaping your client organization's employee engagement through evidence-based practices and strategies that yield performance.

Collaborate with HRBPs and functional leaders to fine-tune organizational strategies that accelerate our business goals, driving positive change through effective change management and targeted development initiatives.
Support for Leadership Development Programs:

Roll up your sleeves and contribute to Leadership Development Programs through facilitation, presentations, and content creation.

Ensure these programs are in alignment with our integrated talent and leadership objectives.
Support for Performance Management:

Continue to look for ways to improve our existing performance management programs such that they accurately assess and reward performance while not being overly burdensome when it comes to implementation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; if you've got a Master's degree, consider it a turbo boost.

8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management, leadership development, and/or learning.

Self-direction paired with strong problem-solving horsepower.

Navigate with finesse, achieving results even in the most challenging and ever-changing environments.

A proven track record of expertly maneuvering and coaching stakeholders across various organizational gears.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can shift the team into high gear.
