Maintenance Technician

Package Craft, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our North Carolina facility! The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair all mechanical functions and will provide general upkeep of machinery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
• Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical functions, mechanical drive units, industrial hydraulic and pneumatic powers, plumbing architectures, etc.
• Utilize PC knowledge for upgrading troubleshooting and machine functions and machine operation software.
• Evaluate equipment for any repairs, enhancements, or upgrades and complete work as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled, and document finished work.
• Contact vendors, order parts, and keep inventory of replacement parts on hand for all equipment.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
• Knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, power tools, basic electrical wiring, PLC's.
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
• Highschool Diploma / GED

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Ability to work overtime, and ability to work in an uncontrolled environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
