 As a Showroom Consultant based in Thurso, you'll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products.

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.

• Develop sales leads to generate new business for the showroom.

• Ensure the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line positively.

This is a full-time permanent role, 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Previous showroom experience, preferably within kitchens, bathrooms, or the general trade, would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.

• Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.

• Able to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to match products to the customer's needs.
