Location: 2+ days a week onsite from Zscaler offices in San Jose, CA, Plano, TX or Raleigh, NC.

The Senior (or Staff level) Analyst – Customer Success will report to the Sr. Business Intelligence Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to delve into data, uncover patterns, and transform insights into actionable recommendations and strategies. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer data to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

• Take complex business problems and use creativity and your knowledge of business systems, process and data to collect, organize and collate all the information required to inform decision making and actions. 
• Deliver financial and resource modeling to assist leaders in planning exercises
• Present complex information and data in an easy-to-understand way to drive action
• Create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels; to move things forward and remove roadblocks
• Ability to quickly pivot and adjust with changing business needs.
• Product Management mindset with End to End Accountability.
• Responsible for developing data driven proposals, analysis and powerpoint decks. Occasionally - POCs, wireframes, data instrumentation and visualizations.

Required Qualifications: 

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Insights and Analytics function; minimum of 4 years in Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Responsible for developing POC, wireframes, data instrumentation and visualizations.
• Expert in data solutions backed with descriptive, prescriptive, diagnostic, data mining skills
• Experience with Financial modeling & forecasting.
• Expertise with Excel/Google Sheet required.
• Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce.com
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills at all levels, to both highly technical and non-technical audiences; you love to use your data insights to influence key business decisions
• Experience with direct engagement with Leadership for Ad Hoc analytics requests.
• Strong business acumen and cross functional exposure to department within Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, and Professional Services 
• Deep familiarity with dimensional modeling/data warehousing concepts

• Experience with Einstein is a plus
• Experience with SAP HANA, SQL Server, GCP or other databases.
• Exposure to Business Objects, Qlik is a plus
