Precision Diagnostics, based in San Diego, California is a fast-growing clinical laboratory that specializes in providing drug testing, primarily for the purpose of helping physicians monitor their patients undergoing treatment for pain or substance abuse. Precision’s objective is to improve patient adherence/compliance with their prescription regimen and protect medical practices from liability.

We are currently seeking candidates for the Healthcare Operations Manager role, a clinical team leader position for our company. We prefer someone located in the Colorado area.

The healthcare operations leader brings healthcare expertise to deliver patient care in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. A Healthcare Operations Manager maintains all regulatory, quality and safety, and operational protocols while simultaneously supporting organizational growth initiatives. This leader is internal and external facing ensuring established external partnerships are maintained and continuous process improvement efforts. Successful candidates are committed to supporting the quadruple aim of enhancing the patient experience, improving population health, reducing the cost of healthcare, and improving the life of healthcare workers.
