At Kroll, we're not just about valuations; we're about making an impact. As an Intern you’ll be part of our Real Estate Advisory Group, a leading provider of real estate valuation and consulting for investments and transactions.

Come aboard and become a key player in supporting our clients through the most important transactions of their careers!  

Navigating Responsibilities 

• Real estate appraisals applying the main international valuation methods (MCA, Cost Approach, Income Approach).
• Cadastral, urban planning, building construction and administration. 
• Analysis of Business Plan and Bill of Quantities in real estate developments. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Master in Real Estate Investment & Management or equivalent (optional)
• Specific registration at a professional association and/or Member of RICS /TEGoVA (optional)
• Fluency in English and italian
• Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge and use of CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or equivalent)
• Driving license
