Purpose

In close collaboration with Marketing Material (MM), Demand & Supply Teams, the Senior Divisional Planner is responsible for supporting MM projects and deliveries for the Luxury brand with a high-quality Service Level. He will be the main SPOC on MM for Global & Local Teams and will work closely with Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP). He will also participate in the Non-Saleable S&OP process with his main stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

* Support MM projects closely with Marketing Materials Supply and Global Demand Planning teams: check & approve all labels from vendors, check and enter logistic data in SAP (MM02), control and correct when necessary.

* Manage the list of raw materials and composition for customs duties.

* Coordinate direct and indirect shipments to our local DC’s and customers, with DRP and 3PL.

* Consolidate quotas with DRP and manage transfer of quotas/stock when necessary.

* Monitor inventory level, track excess, and identify depletion opportunities/obsolete eligible for destruction with Brand and Sales teams.

* Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership.

* Participate in the Global NS S&OP preparation and meeting: highlight gaps, share hot topics, coordinate with Global teams, and escalate priorities to management.

* Be the main SPOC for general enquiries related to deployment.

* Perform ad hoc analysis and own ad hoc transversal topics.
