Choice Hotels International is seeking an experienced and hands-on Executive Steward to oversee the stewarding operations at one of its managed full-service properties. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and sanitary operation of the hotel’s kitchen and food & beverage departments by managing cleanliness standards, equipment maintenance, inventory, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will lead with integrity, support employee engagement, and model Choice’s cultural values while driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional guest service. This is a salaried position with a pay rage of $82,000 to $82,000 based on experience.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with the Choice Hotels overall mission, vision, values, and strategies

• Establishes rotating cleaning calendar for special cleaning projects and manages staff to clean accordingly.
• Assists executive committee in establishing stewarding budget
• Maintains controls to guard against theft and waste

Ensures smooth operation of kitchen department

• Directs cleaning of floors and work surfaces daily
• Properly staffs stewarding to foreca
