Role Profile

As part of the Portfolio Administration unit within Global Occupier Services (GOS), you will play a key role in maintaining accurate lease data and supporting reporting processes.

Your work will help ensure cost-effective portfolio management and compliance with client and internal standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and consistent lease data records

  • Compare abstraction forms with system data and ensure alignment

  • Produce database reports and support reporting needs

  • Comply with internal and client-specific data quality controls

  • Deliver services in line with contracted service levels

  • Manage personal workload efficiently and support team members

  • Participate in team backup systems and maintain process documentation

  • Store all data-related documentation on Shared drives or SharePoint per guidelines

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing or real estate operations in an international setting

  • Proven data abstraction experience

  • Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • High work ethic, flexibility, and adaptability

  • Effective task prioritization under pressure

  • Proactive and eager to learn

Language Skills

  • Upper-intermediate English required

  • Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
