Supervisor – Herman 'Denny' Farrell Jr. Community Health Center

 

Join the team at Farrell Health Center, in a role responsible for supervising and evaluating our Patient Financial Advisors. Manage various projects, including those focused on account reconciliation and the sliding fee scale. Manage and evaluate the financial health of practice, including the oversight of provider schedules and accuracy of accounts. Excel at the forefront of hospital initiatives such as scheduling centralization, telemedicine, and helping enhance the patient experience. Hone your management skills as you drive the continued success of our team, and take advantage of other great opportunities to advance your career. 

 

Preferred Criteria

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of patient appointment and provider templates 

 

Required Criteria

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Critical thinking skills, the ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
