Warehouse Worker

Advancing Eco Agriculture is a rapidly growing company in the specialty plant nutrition, biostimulants, and crop consulting industry. We are looking for a strong team member to add to our production team. The Warehouse is located at 2255 N Pagosa St., Ste 100. Aurora, CO 80011-8127.

This role will be tasked with learning and developing the skills of all production team duties. We are looking for someone that will bring commitment, strong work ethic, and a great attitude every day. Team culture is very important in this role.

Key Responsibilities of Production Personnel:

• Work with production team to meet quotas and goals
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
• Observe all safety guidelines
• Bottling and filling finished product
• Pulling and complete packing tasks
• Working the finishing station
• Developing into the compounding role
• Perform product quality testing
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions

Requirements

Key Requirements for Production Personnel:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
• Must be available for occasional overtime
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to operate large industrial machinery
• Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Schedule 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
