Job Description

The Global ERP Business Analyst is a critical role in our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated to participate in driving the organization’s global ERP initiatives and to develop and promote process standardization throughout the enterprise.

We are looking for an individual who has the technical skills and intellectual capability to lead through this change and who has the drive and desire to grow with the business.

Primary Accountabilities:

The Global ERP Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, training, and supporting Epicor ERP across all Chromalloy sites. Using their knowledge of business best practices and Epicor ERP, they will be tasked with identifying business processes and offering ERP solutions. They will work with other analysts and business units to understand their processes and needs and translate those needs into system requirements and solutions. They will initiate, oversee, and support ongoing ERP related projects, working together with different organizational business units to optimize and enhance ERP processes.

Daily activities include:

  • Identify business challenges and identify ERP solutions.
  • Intake requirements and develop solutions.
  • Train others on system use and best practices.
  • Prepare and plan for upgrades and enhancements, including testing plans.
  • Test system customizations and enhancements
  • Support end users by troubleshooting error messages.
  • Work autonomously with Epicor ERP vendor support for unresolved issues or bugs

Qualifications

Qualifications

·         Required Work Authorization:  Must be authorized to work in the United States

·         BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent

·         10+ years of Epicor ERP experience

·         4+ years of experience with BAQ, BPM and DMT

·         Knowledge and understanding of SQL

·         Experience with Epicor 10 or above (currently on Epicor 11)

·         Excellent analytical, planning, project management, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

·         Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.

·         Excellent customer service capabilities and attitude.

·         Ability to work independently while interfacing with multiple departments

·         Must be able to travel around 25%
