The Morrisville (MSV) facility is a major site for Catalent’s Inhalation business, with end-to-end development through commercial manufacturing services for nasal products. It also offers full scale product development services for pulmonary delivery including dry powder inhalation (DPI) and nebulized products and clinical-scale manufacturing for DPIs including state of the art equipment such a Procept Spray Drier, GEA blenders and a Harro Hofliger drum lab. The facility offers the latest in high-speed commercial-scale nasal manufacturing (unit dose, bi dose and multidose) as well as flexible fill lines for clinical-scale and small batch production. The side-by-side nature of our analytical and inhalation teams yield particularly robust inhalation formulation and development services.
The Site General Manager (GM) is responsible for site operations driving the advancement of leadership, P&L, compliance, Quality and administration of the site business. The GM has operating responsibility for the site and must also establish and foster an environment of continuous improvement with an emphasis on maintaining both a positive, energetic and safe workplace while providing a high-level of customer satisfaction.
The GM demonstrates an advanced level of leadership, vision, and business acumen within the organization. The success of this role requires the ability to function as a leader within a matrix organization. The GM will advance the business through technical expertise, KPIs, lean principles and financial acumen. This is a site transformational leadership position with a strong focus on culture, clients and functional excellence.

The Role
Build a high performing management team for the development and manufacturing of nasal products from early stage to commercialization.
Develop SME talent and capabilities across the site to recruit new clients while ensuring current clients are receiving the highest level of service.
Ensure that the site is properly staffed with the appropriate capabilities to support the business strategies and P&L/Balance Sheet objectives.
Work with Business Development and Executive Leadership to develop the annual revenue plan, including investments required to grow the business.
Ensure the development of appropriate processes and systems for sustainable growth.
Ensure site compliance with cGMP standards and other regulatory requirements.
Drive a culture of Operational Excellence with flawless execution at the site.

The Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Logistics or equivalent experience. Master's Degree preferred.
15+ years of related pharmaceutical experience with broad and progressive management experience.
High drive and capacity for personal growth with strong business acumen.
Thorough knowledge of science, engineering, business, continuous improvement and people management.
Knowledge of development and regulatory processes.
Ability to bridge relationships with a variety of individuals and between various departments and levels of the organization.
Ability to support individuals both within the team and globally
