Administrative Trainee - Finance

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Supporting equipment purchase management, cooperation and follow-up with engineers

• Maintenance of databases and standard reports linked with engineers (purchases, resources, projects, contracts)
• Preparation of data for presentations to site management and product group management
• Intercompany flows management (invoicing, alignment with foreign partners, follow-up)

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:

• You are a University student, ideally in the area of economics
• You have experience with MS Office or Google Workspace(Excel)
• English on good level (spoken and written)
• Good organizational and communication skills
