Duties and responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage and track expenses and reimbursements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external company events.
- Organize and manage sponsorships.
- Manage spreadsheets and databases.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Any other reasonable requirements of the employer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting multiple executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Must be highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
