Overview:
Maintain golf course cutting equipment and have a thorough understanding of safe and proper usage of reel grinding equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing equipment used for golf course operations
• Ensure equipment is repaired and ready for use in a timely manner
• Maintain golf course cutting equipment in optimal usable condition
• Have a thorough understanding of safe and proper usage of hand and power tools
• Have a thorough understanding of safe and proper usage of reel grinding equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work station
Qualifications:
• Previous experience and knowledge of how to diagnose and repair mechanical and small engine equipment is preferred
• Must be comfortable with and possess knowledge of safe and proper use of power tools
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and wiring schematics
• Previous experience using a reel grinder is preferred
• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions for extended periods of time
