The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.</p> <h2>Votre rôle:</h2> <p>The role, in full coordination with the Group Sustainability, Environment and Energy Direction, is responsible to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives in line with Group strategies and policies (e.g., Energy Efficiency Best Practices, emissions, emissions, scrap, waste).</li> <li>Provide competent guidance and proper support to the Plant Functions on energy saving topics (e.g., effective energy system design, efficiencies generation).</li> </ul> <p>This Role offers the opportunity to get valuable insights into our overall Operations organization and ways of working and it is a solid springboard for further development within our organization.</p> <h2>Principales responsabilités :</h2> <p>ENVIRONMENT &amp; ENERGY GOVERNANCE</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the overall environmental compliance.</li> <li>Promote all necessary collaborations in the Plant to guarantee the achievement of energy efficiency goals.</li> <li>Manage internal and external communication with relevant authorities regarding environmental issues.</li> <li>Conduct audits of the environmental managing system and manage all the activities aimed to the certification achievement and maintenance (ISO 50001 and 14001).</li> <li>Ensure the monitoring of energy consumptions, both externally supplied and internally measured.</li> <li>Ensure the management of new factory permits.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>BUDGET &amp; PLANNING</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and critically support, together with related experts, energy supply needs and usage within the manufacturing cycle.</li> <li>Define the Energy budget and the Opex connected with the department. Propose Capex on Energy-Environment and Sustainability related activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with Procurement to scout new Energy, Environment and Sustainability commercial partners.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>FULFILLMENTS, LEGAL OPPORTUNITIES AND DOCUMENTATION</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and monitors the legislative evolution and national regulation, managing institutional relations and protecting Corporate interests and reputation at a regional national and community level.</li> <li>Identify the activities in the Plant that could take advantage by public incentives.</li> <li>Collaborate with Plant entities in order to draft and update the instructions &amp; procedures about energy themes.</li> </ul> <h2>Nous cherchons une personne qui :</h2> <ul> <li>Degree-level qualification in Energy Management/Sustainability or equivalent 7 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role</li> <li>Sensitive on Health and Safety topic</li> <li>Good knowlesdge and practive of maintaining ISO 500001 &amp; 14001 certifications</li> <li>Good knowledge of KPI’s related to energy sources</li> <li>Good understanding of main Operations cost drivers</li> <li>Business acumen, high attention to details and precision</li> <li>Strong accountability and proactivity</li> <li>People management</li> <li>Project management experience</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal professionally and effectively with senior management</li> <li>Fluency in French and English is mandatory, the knowledge of any other language represents a strong asset</li> </ul> <h2>La recette de la réussite de votre fonction:</h2> <p>Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
