We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary finance partner to Otter, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management.</li> <li>Work closely with business leaders and the CFO, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation.</li> <li>Lead budgeting and long-range planning, build and own best-in-class financial models, and evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure. You’ll track performance against KPIs, identify the underlying drivers of variance, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your business unit.</li> <li>Partner closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams, you’ll guide decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization, ensuring capital is deployed with discipline and aligned to the company’s highest-impact priorities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or highly analytical field.</li> <li>3-6 years in an investment-facing environment (e.g. Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Hedge Funds), with direct exposure to deploying capital or supporting investment decisions.</li> <li>6+ years in an in-house finance role, partnering closely with operators to drive business performance.</li> <li>10+ years of total experience.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving ability, with structured thinking and a high degree of intellectual rigor.</li> <li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholder.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why join us&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
