Associate* Talent & Leadership Development (External/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) 

 

We are filling this role on a temporary basis for 12 months (agency based, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
You will be responsible for the administration of the global learning technology ecosystem, with a focus on SuccessFactors as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Degreed as Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

 

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

 

• You will administrate and further develop platform design and interfaces, integrate new trainings together with other team members (e.g. E-Learnings)
• You will build and run reports, configure user roles, permissions, and course structures while conducting routine system audits to promptly identify and resolve issues
• Furthermore, you will support the maintenance of our learning content providers (e.g. LinkedIn Learning) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360)
• You will manage user support requests and continuously improve the underlying processes to ensure lean, seamless and fast services

 

What you have to offer.

 

• Experience in the administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (Learning Management System)
• General experience with other Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) administration and coordination
• Experience with learning content management and content creation tools/software (e.g. Articulate 360)
• End to end understanding of linkage between LMS, LXP, learning content provider and learning content tools
• Experience in customer support in English and prefereably also in German
