The Ideal Candidate

You are:

• Experienced and Skilled: Prior experience as an automotive technician is required. Certifications, such as ASE, are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

As a Journeyman Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Performing work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to identify issues.
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm successful repairs and proper functionality.
• Communicating directly with Service Advisors to provide updates and estimates for additional repairs.
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Larson Automotive Benefits:

Larson Automotive Group offers a comprehensive group medical insurance plan to all hired full-time applicants that start the first of the month following the completion of continuous 60 of employment. We offer 4 plans to help employees access the best plan that fits their budget and needs. One plan is zero cost to the employee. We also have a company paid Life ($10,000) and AD&D plan ($40,000.00) that is for all benefit eligible employees. Employee must maintain no less than 32 hours per week to be considered ‘full-time’ for benefits.
