Position Summary

• Leads the network team in the ongoing O&M support of a distributed networking environment.
• Have at least four (4) years of experience working with the TCP/IP networking environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with networking technologies and capable of troubleshooting all network connectivity issues, including network outages, switch failures, network performance, network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration, etc.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with Domain Names Services (DNS), Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies including, but not limited to, routers, ATM, Frame Relay, etc.
• Demonstrated experience managing/responding to trouble tickets from Help Desk's automated ticketing system.
• Extensive experience performing network-related hardware and software System Administration functions best suited for after hours, including patches, upgrades, service packs, hotfixes, etc., to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
• Hold and/or maintain a current Cisco Certified Network Professional Cloud  (CCNP) certification.
• Public Trust clearance is required.
• This position is contingent upon award.

Salary/Rate Range $150K-160K
