About the role

Hard Rock Tulsa is seeking a Player Services Representative to join our Electronic Gaming department (E-games). In this position, you will turn winning tickets into smiles by efficiently cashing out guests and smoothly processing jackpots! You are responsible for creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly revel in the experience!

  • Celebrate guests' big wins by efficiently and accurately handling electronic game (e-game) jackpot payouts, ensuring all paperwork (including IRS forms) is neat and complete. 
  • Master the ins and outs of our various e-game machines so you can guide players toward their perfect match - whether it's a thrill-seeking adventure or a casual spin. 
  • Be a problem-solver! Tackle minor hiccups like ticket jams, printer issues, and reel tilts to keep the fun flowing seamlessly. 
  • Create a vibrant atmosphere! Greet guests with a smile, engage in friendly conversation, and ensure everyone feels welcome and excited to play. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming space by keeping chairs tucked in, clearing trash, and sanitizing machines for a comfortable experience. 
  • Be a whirlwind of assistance! Respond promptly to machine alerts and be there to help guests whenever they need you. 
  • Stay updated on our exciting promotions and events so you can answer any questions with a smile. Bonus points for suggesting must-try restaurants and local attractions! 
  • Keep a watchful eye for responsible gaming practices. We prioritize player safety and expect you to report any suspected underage gambling activity. 
  • Embrace our company culture by adhering to all departmental and company policies, including Title 31 and MICs. 
  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months of customer service experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team. 
  • Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.  
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.  
  • Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. 
  • When it comes to paperwork, your attention to detail is legendary. You ensure federal and state forms are complete and accurate, leaving no room for errors.
