Salary Range: $52,182.00 - $78,273.00 Annually

Primary Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Facilities Manager, you will be delivering exemplary service to our Retail Store Teams at 30+ locations on various islands providing overall day-to-day interior and exterior buildings and property preservation of the Retail Branded Store locations.  As part of your specific responsibilities, in the following areas, you will: 

• Operate various types of equipment, including pressure washer, hand tools, paint striping machine, general custodial and grounds keeping tasks
• Ensure preservation of buildings interior and exterior, fueling areas, and sites surrounding areas as necessary
• Preform general preservation of building interior and exterior components
• Follow a preservation facilities maintenance program to ensure scheduling and completion of future projects are completed in timely manner
• Maintain pressure washer equipment
• Be able to assess issues as requested and communicate to Facilities Manager in a timely manner to ensure efficiency
• Have demonstrated painting skills, with experience in some or all the following areas, such as pressure washing, water reclaiming, boom truck operation, construction, and hazardous material handling
• Work with various equipment, tools, and materials as required
• Work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 7a-4p, rotating Sunday-Thursday 1p-10p), and overnight/overtime as needed
