Flexible Scheduling / Full time, Part time/ 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour shifts available/ Day, Evening, Night shifts available.

*We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our Pediatric Patients with Complex Medical Conditions in the Home and at School.

**Choose your schedule, choose your shifts based on the openings in the case**

· The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.

· Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.

· Provide respectful and compassionate care to all patients/families/caregivers.

· Maintain patient confidentiality.

· Provide patient/caregiver education.

· Additional requirements on per case basis.

· Additional requirements based on agency orientation provided upon hire.
