Fractional Project Manager (Contract/1099)

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Fractional Project Manager to help streamline operations and cross-functional processes at Printfresh. This is a contract position 10-20 hours per week, ideally on-site at our Philadelphia office. The role is focused on improving structure, accountability, and workflow clarity across teams using a project management system (likely Asana).

This is a hands-on implementation and coordination position, great for someone passionate about driving efficiency and clarity in a collaborative, design-led company.

Responsibilities

• Implement project tracking workflows across product, marketing, and ops
• Build task structures, templates, and timelines in Asana
• Create accountability systems through follow-ups and visible progress tracking
• Develop recurring systems for cross-functional collaboration
• Support team onboarding to new tools and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years project management or operations experience in a creative, D2C, or fashion environment

• Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management platforms
• Clear communicator, highly organized, and reliable follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Available for consistent in-person work 1 day/week in our Philadelphia HQ
