Villa Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Barista Trainers to join our Starbucks team at JFK Terminal 8! If you have a passion for coffee, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and a talent for inspiring and coaching others, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Train new baristas to uphold Starbucks standards for beverage quality, speed, and customer experience

• Lead by example through hands-on training and in-store coaching

• Foster a positive, high-energy learning environment

• Support the store manager in maintaining operational excellence

• Be a brand ambassador for both Villa and Starbucks at one of the busiest airports in the world

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of previous barista or Starbucks experience required

• Prior training or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused

• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance
