Manager of Domestic Production

BCI, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for a dedicated Manager of Domestic Production to oversee our domestic production processes. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation of our production lines, maintaining quality control, and meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in production management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

· Production Monitoring: Monitor and track submits, production status, and ensure timely reporting on time and action, work in process, and daily communications with factories.

· Sample Coordination: Follow up on all fit samples, working closely with the technical team to secure on-time approvals.

· Costing Oversight: Liaise with factories to obtain accurate costing and breakdowns. Conduct reviews of final cut and make costing confirmations to guarantee precision.

· Quality Management: Oversee quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes at the factory level to uphold product quality standards.

· Order Allocation: Allocate orders and oversee the follow-up process from the cutting room to the factory, ensuring efficient production flow.

· Supply Chain Management: Ensure accurate ordering of labels and trims for each purchase order (PO), manage PO issuance, extractions, and updates regarding prices and deliveries.

· Sales Sample Management: Handle requests for sales samples, coordinating production and delivery to meet sales team needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in production or manufacturing management, with a focus on domestic production.

· Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with product development, merchandising, design, and overseas production teams.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and other relevant computer applications, capable of managing detailed reporting and analysis.

· Follow-Up Skills: Excellent follow-up skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

· Team Orientation: Must be a strong team player, able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
