This role is a working leadership position focused on operations, staffing, scheduling, quality, and community relationships.
Core Responsibilities
Agency Operations
- Oversee daily office operations for non-medical home care services.
- Ensure smooth intake, scheduling, service delivery, and documentation processes.
- Monitor service hours, coverage needs, and operational workflow.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervision of caregivers.
- Support scheduling and on-call coverage to ensure shifts are filled appropriately.
- Address attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.
- Support client intakes, service start-ups, and ongoing care coordination.
- Ensure client needs are met and concerns are resolved promptly.
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Ensure the agency remains compliant with all Oklahoma non-medical home care licensing requirements.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, client records, and required documentation.
- Conduct internal quality reviews and assist with surveys, audits, and renewals.
Community & Referral Relationships
- Maintain professional relationships with hospitals, case managers, senior communities, VA and community partners.
- Represent the agency professionally within the community.
- Support referral growth through relationship-based outreach (not commission-driven sales).
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care standards.
- Serve as the primary operational leader.
- Management or leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience working with state-licensed home care agencies.
- Strong understanding of non-medical home care operations (scheduling, staffing, client services).
