QC Stability Team Lead

Mission

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our pharmaceutical products. If you possess a strong background in stability testing and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development: Develop, manage, and coordinate the Stability Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all stability testing activities and documentation comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmacopeias.

Stability Testing Program Management: Lead the design and execution of stability studies, monitoring product stability, and providing stability reports for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, coordination, and shared responsibility, maximizing efficiency and throughput.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve stability testing processes and procedures, implementing best practices and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.

 

Requirements:

Education: University degree, preferably in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or biology.

Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language with fluent English speaking and writing abilities.

Experience: Preferably 5 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles, demonstrating expertise in stability testing and team leadership.

Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, GMP, and pharmacopeias related to stability testing activities.

Analytical Skills: Ability to critically assess study data, identify anomalies, trends, and concerns, and define appropriate responses to ensure product quality and compliance.
