People Leader

We seek an experienced Senior Director of Data Engineering and Architecture to lead the data strategy, architecture, design, development, and implementation of our end-to-end data products. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and deploying intelligent data products that drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Develop and implement an end-to-end data product strategy aligning with the company’s objectives.
  • Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of data systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. Establish and implement Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  • She led the development of data solutions and architecture in cloud platforms, managing the process effectively to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Foster strategic relationships with key organizational stakeholders, understand their data needs, and align the data product strategy accordingly.
  • Lead the data engineering and data product teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data systems and platforms are designed and implemented to support next-generation data and analytics capabilities.
  • Act as a critical liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and fostering data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in leading strategy, innovation, and architecting data projects and products.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in data engineering and architecture, focusing on end-to-end data product strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and experience with MDM implementation.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts understandably.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology will be a strong advantage.

Pay Range:

$181,000 - $210,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
