Description:
Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of organization wide strategic projects. Position requires detailed task management and documentation. Coordination with Project Sponsors to assist with the development and implementation of a broad scope of concurrent business projects. Employee will coordinate effective communications with and between project leaders and team members. Must maintain detailed project planning documentation and dashboards to assist with tracking and execution deadlines. Must maintain confidentially surrounding on strategic planning and project activities.
Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage, coordinate and support project management activities throughout organization including the coordination of resources, timelines, and task completion.
- Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of business process improvements and procedures for company-wide strategic projects.
- Collaborate with Executive/Senior Management, Customers, and Suppliers in support of project management activities.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of organizational structures, customers relationships, products, services, programs, and unique business models to assist with project management activities and related process solutions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of effective project management and project-specific process training across the organizational landscape.
- Assist in the development, validation and documentation of all process/system flows, Business Process Procedures, and reporting requirements as necessary.
- Assist in the coordination of all systems unit & integration testing for ERP-related projects.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with all elements of the Quality Policy and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use good judgment and common sense.
Qualifications:
Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations or related field or equivalent experience
(R) Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
(R) Ability to understand financial statements.
(R) Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
(R) Ability to travel.
(R) Proficient with PC and Microsoft software applications.
(R) Read, speak, and write English.
(R) Proficiency with work management tools (Monday.com preferred)
(D) Proficient in an ERP operating environment.
(D) Experience with SAP
(D) PMP, CAPM or comparable certification

10- Key calculator, computer keyboard, fax machine, copy machine, fax machine, printer, postal meter, and automobile
Working Conditions:
Overnight Travel and climate-controlled office
