The role you will playAs we continue to scale our team in North America, the role of the Network Delivery Manager is to deliver outstanding customer and project outcomes across Render’s portfolio of fiber network rollouts across the US, working directly with customers and partners to initiate, implement and deliver Render’s unique Digital Network Construction approach.
Reporting into our VP, Customer Operations, this role works within our Network Delivery team to provide technical onboarding of new customers onto the Render platform and ensures they are set up for success and are delighted during their customer onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- You'll be responsible for stakeholder management within your region and deliver the Render solution to customers, construction contractors and other delivery partners
- You'll conduct hands-on solution implementation, training and customer support to ensure projects are initiated, managed and delivered to exceed customer expectations
- You'll develop effective project and account management processes that enable successful delivery to your project portfolio
- You'll provide outstanding service to your customers by ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables and workshop outcomes in line with contractual obligations
As our ideal candidate, you’ll have:

- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of telecommunications and network construction, with specific experience in Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering and Construction.
- Project Management Excellence: Proven track record as a technically adept project manager with a strong commercial acumen.
- Self-Motivated Collaborator: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Efficient Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering OSP projects on time and within budget, ensuring operational excellence.
- Adaptable in Growth Environments: Comfortable navigating and excelling in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Effective Communicator: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insight: Robust data analytics background, including experience with APIs across various software platforms, and advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- GIS Proficiency: Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), utilizing tools such as QGIS and FME for project support.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Disciplined and process-driven, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships with customers and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Bonus Skills: Engineering background with hands-on experience in OSP design or expertise in construction management SaaS technology is a plus.
